Hello, my name is Mika, Dip HE. Dip Couns
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and student psychotherapist. My services include short-term and long-term therapy and support. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am fully insured and hold a full enhanced DBS check.
I offer face-to-face sessions at my private therapy room in North Manchester, as well as online and telephone sessions - making counselling accessible to all.
At Meeks Counselling and Psychotherapy, I provide a safe, down-to-earth space to talk things through. Sometimes life can feel heavy - even when you can’t quite put your finger on why. I support people through anxiety, loss, stress, major life changes and the moments when life feels overwhelming.
